# 2 ) Sehari Chetron mein , Kanoon ko Grameen Sttarr ( LEVEL ) parr Lagu ( ENFORCE ),  karna chahiye, uske upraant ( thereafter ) , BIJLI ( ELECTRICITY ) ko upjaane athva uttapann ( GENERATE ) karne ke liye, Sehari ( URBAN ) aur Grameen ( RURAL ) Chetron mein , dono ke liye Kisi Prasasnik Adhikari ( ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER ) jo Bijli ( Electricity ) ko punaah ( again and again ) dono Grameen aur Sehari Chetron mein Ek hee BIJLI  Ki POWER SUPPLY  honi chahiye.
